These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, whether purchasers or just visitors. Any violation of these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your services as well as the activation of legal mechanisms (namely in the event of payment default).<\/p><p>We are not responsible for international taxes and customs duties that may apply.<\/p><p><strong>Copyright<\/strong><\/p><p>Copyright is retained by Patr\u00edcia Gir\u00e3o in all works, except when explicitly described in writing\/after payment of all costs necessary for the use of copyrighted materials\/if non-copyrighted materials are used.<\/p><p>By accepting the terms and conditions, you consent to the publication of the original photographs used in the creation of the portrait as well as any final photographs of the portrait. If you do not wish any images relating to your order to be published, simply contact <a href=\"mailto:hello@patriciagirao.com\">hello@patriciagirao.com<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>Refund policy<\/strong><\/p><p>Within the European Union, customers can return items purchased online within the legal cooling-off period (up to 14 days after delivery). Only items that have not been opened, used or altered and are in the same condition as when purchased will be accepted.<\/p><p>Customers wishing to return items will have to notify this intention by email and send them back by registered mail, bearing the shipping costs and notifying the artist of the respective tracking number again by email.<\/p><p>In the event of a return, the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded after validation of compliance with the return conditions described above. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the item.<\/p><p>This guarantee<strong> does not apply to personalized products<\/strong>, such as Golden Babies or Personalized Portraits.<\/p><p><strong>Prices<\/strong><\/p><p>All items available in the store are marked with the selling price including VAT at the legal rate in force and excluding shipping costs (unless mentioned as being included).<\/p><p><strong>Orders<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"ak-ul\"><li><p><strong>Invoices<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Taxpayer invoices must be requested by the customer at the time of purchase &#8211; by sending an e-mail with all the necessary details (name + nif + address) to <a href=\"mailto:hello@patriciagirao.pt\">hello@patriciagirao.pt<\/a> . After completion, the remaining amount must be paid. If you&#8217;re not satisfied with the end result, we&#8217;ll do everything we can to make it as good as possible, and we&#8217;ll need your feedback on which elements to change. In our almost 10 years of experience, our priority has always been customer satisfaction.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Out of stock<\/strong><\/p><p>Customers will receive a full refund for any items that cannot be sent to them due to stock shortages.<\/p><p><strong>Permitted Use<\/strong><\/p><p>It is only permitted to access and use this website for personal and non-commercial functions, which means that this website should only be accessed and used directly by private individuals.
