Calculation of shipping costs: The cost of shipping is determined at the time of checkout and varies according to the weight and volume of the order. This approach ensures an accurate and fair estimate of transportation costs.

Products with Free Shipping: Our Paintings, Portraits and exclusive Golden Babies benefit from free shipping, regardless of the total value of the order. This special offer highlights the importance and value of these unique pieces in our catalog.
Shipping Conditions for Partial Payments: In the case of customers who opt for partial payment by deposit to start their order, the Paintings, Portraits and Golden Babies will only be shipped after full payment of the total amount. Upon completion of the portrait, an invoice with the outstanding amount will be sent to the client’s email address. The product will only be dispatched once this amount has been paid in full.
Customized Processing Time: Since our products are customized for each customer, the processing time can vary between 3 and 6 working days before delivery to the carrier. This time window reflects the care and attention given to each order.
Paintings, Portraits and Golden Babies have a relatively longer processing time so they can be drawn by hand with all the attention to detail needed to finish these works of art.
Shipping Methods in Portugal and Internationally: For shipments within mainland Portugal, we use CTT or CTT express services. For international destinations or destinations outside the continent, we use renowned private carriers such as Nacex, FedEx or MRW, among others. Delivery times vary between 2 and 5 working days, depending on location.
Customs and duties outside the EU: It is important to note that customs and duties are not included in the final price of the order. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary according to the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Customer details: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide all correct and complete delivery details, once an item has been reported as delivered by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for its location.
Loss or Damage: If a product has been lost by the carrier or has been delivered with defects or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the situation in the best possible way.
